CRUISE LINE CANCELLATION PENALTIES
$50.00 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees will be charged by the cruise line for either partial or full stateroom cancellations. Each passenger will be responsible to pay charges if cancellation occurs during the below time frame. The following penalty dates apply to our group:

Penalty Date: December 31, 2009 -- Penalty Amount: $200 per person
Penalty Date: February 1, 2010 -- Penalty Amount: 50% per person
Penalty Date: February 22, 2010 -- Penalty Amount: Full penalty
